your order if you did not receive it or if your received the wrong item.
Return
Policy We do not offer returns, refunds or
exchanges on Hair Care items due to health reasons. Please make
your selections carefully.
Wrong Address If your
package is returned to ProductsForHair.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or
"undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will
unfortunately need to charge a $6.95 re-shipping fee.
